CA AB-1263 NOTICE

Attention California Retail Customers

On January 1, 2026, California's new law AB-1263 will take effect. This law requires retailers to verify customer eligibility before shipping certain AR/AK accessories, AR/AK grips and stocks, mainspring housings, and other regulated firearm components into California.
Because of these new requirements, our website will prevent checkout if your cart contains any AB-1263-restricted items.
To purchase these products, please contact our Customer Service Team, who will guide you through the required verification steps. You may also choose to order these items through your local authorized Hogue dealer.

Required Verification Steps

• Age Verification (18+): Provide a photo of a valid government-issued ID and email the image to our Customer Service Team (office@hogueinc.com).
• Address Confirmation: The shipping address must match the address shown on your ID.
• Mandatory Written Notice: Please download, physically sign, and return a scanned copy or photo of the completed form located in the "Document(s)" section at the bottom of this page, and email to our Customer Service Team (office@hogueinc.com).
• Adult Signature Delivery: All shipments containing AB-1263-restricted items will require an adult signature upon delivery. Please note: An $8.40 "CA Adult Signature Fee" will be automatically added to your order.
