Customer Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your Hogue product for any reason please do not hesitate to contact us, we will do our absolute best to assist you. You may, with proof of purchase, return it to the place of purchase within thirty (30) days for a full refund or replacement. Product must be returned with original packaging  and all their components.

Warranty Disclaimer

Due to manufacturing variations of firearms, we do not warrant that this product will function correctly with any specific firearm. Except for your right to return this product for replacement or refund within thirty (30) days, this product is sold “as is” and “with all faults.” To the extent allowed by the law, we specifically disclaim any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Hogue Knives Limited Warranty

Hogue Knives carry a limited lifetime warranty to the original owner against defects in materials or workmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your Hogue Knife for any reason, you may within thirty (30) days, if in new condition, return it for refund to the place of purchase.

Hogue Knives are precision instruments manufactured and assembled to exacting tolerances by Hogue technicians. Aftermarket disassembly and reassembly is at your own risk. Problems found to be caused by improper disassembly, assembly or modifications are not covered under warranty and may be assessed with additional fees for service or repair.

Except for warranties as stated, this product is sold AS IS and WITH ALL FAULTS. To the extent allowed by law, we specifically disclaim any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

This warranty covers replacement parts and labor. This warranty does not cover normal wear nor damage caused by misuse/neglect. The knife must be shipped to Hogue by owner prepaid and insured freight.

How To Submit A Warranty Claim

AUTOMATIC KNIVES: In compliance with Federal statutes, all Automatic Knives returned for warranty service must be returned through an authorized Hogue Knives dealer. Please contact Hogue customer service at office@hogueinc.com or 800-438-4747 to arrange automatic knife transfer. DO NOT SHIP AUTOMATIC KNIVES DIRECTLY BACK TO HOGUE KNIVES.

NON-AUTOMATIC KNIVES: Non-automatic knife owners who wish to make a warranty claim based on product defect should ship the knife directly to Hogue Knives:

Ship the knife postage prepaid and insured freight (optional). Hogue Knives is not responsible for any product lost in transit, to or from, the Hogue Knives facility.

Any Hogue Automatic knife returned for warranty service must be returned through the authorized Hogue Knives seller from which the knife was originally purchased. All automatic knives will be returned in compliance with Federal statutes.
