e-Gift Card Policy

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all e-gift cards issued by HOGUE, INC. Purchase or redemption of a HOGUE, INC. e-gift card constitutes acceptance to be bound by these terms and conditions, and all other terms and conditions applicable to hogueinc.com

  1. General Terms
  • The HOGUE, INC e-gift card is a prepaid digital gift certificate provided in the form of a redemption code that can be used towards purchases at hogueinc.com only.
  • HOGUE, INC. e-gift cards cannot be used through external Hogue dealer websites.
  • HOGUE, INC. e-gift cards cannot be used to purchase other HOGUE, INC. e-gift cards.
  • HOGUE, INC. e-gift cards are not eligible for any HOGUE, INC promotional discounts.
  • HOGUE, INC. e-gift cards do not expire, and no fees apply.
  • HOGUE, INC. e-gift cards are non-refundable. HOGUE, INC. e-gift cards are not legal tender, account cards, credit, or debit cards. 
  • HOGUE, INC. e-gift cards are not redeemable or returnable for cash.

  1. Delivery of e-Gift Cards

HOGUE, INC. e-gift cards are delivered via email and are not a physical product.  Purchasers are responsible for providing a valid email address to facilitate the delivery of a purchased e-gift card. HOGUE, INC. is not responsible for e-gift cards that are undeliverable or not received due to your failure to enter an accurate email address.

If you have provided a correct email address, but the email containing the e-gift card has not been received within a reasonable period, the following is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed:

  • Spam filter blocked the email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder
  • The recipient's firewall blocked the email
  • Email inbox is over the size limit
  • Invalid email address

If a spam filter is blocking office@hogueinc.com emails from getting to an inbox, the email options will need to be modified so that office@hogueinc.com emails are not considered spam.

  1. Product Returns and Exchanges

Products purchased with HOGUE, INC. e-gift cards are subject to Hogue's return policy. The purchase price of any product returned for refund that was paid for with a HOGUE, INC. e-gift card shall be refunded by returning the refunded amount to the e-gift card used to purchase the returned product.  In the event of the return of a product that was purchased with a combination of credit card and e-gift card, the purchase price of products returned for refund shall be first refunded to the e-gift card up to the amount of the initial e-gift card payment, and the remaining amount shall be refunded to the credit card.

  1. e-Gift Card Replacement

Lost e-gift cards can be replaced only with valid proof of purchase, to the extent of the balance remaining on the card as of the time of replacement. If an e-gift card CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND THE SOLE LIABILITY OF HOGUE, INC. SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH E-GIFT CARD.
